During 23 years with Mercedes-Benz and smart UK, Christina Ewbank has run dealerships in Chichester, Eastbourne and Brighton and was also Regional Manager for Lexus Northern Europe based in Brussels. She has brought her expertise running multi-million pound businesses to Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce and helps members to promote and stimulate their business.

Partner, Kreston Reeves

Alison is a partner at Kreston Reeves and is based in the Brighton Office. She advises a number of clients ranging from start-up businesses and owner managed businesses to multinational groups of companies helping them to make confident decisions about their future. A role model to women in business, Alison offers a broad range of accounting, tax, and digital business advisory services across the full spectrum of clients' business and personal affairs. Using Xero is another passion together with her children, pigs, husband and photography.

Chairman, Rix & Kay

Bruce is the chairman of Rix and Kay and is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a track record of advising clients on major M&A transactions. Having been Managing Partner at Rix & Kay for 17 years and previously been a director of a company of £50M turnover with 750 staff, Bruce has gained vast experience of running a business.

Amanda Menahem

Owner, Pascere Restaurant, Brighton

After reading Psychology at the University of Sussex, Amanda started her career at Harrods in London as a Management Trainee before professing to various managerial roles leading large teams. Amanda then went on to become a management trainer at Harrods before moving on to forge a career in HR. Amanda has held a variety of senior HR positions in different industries, most notably as HR Director at Hastings direct. In her seven years at Hastings Amanda was part of an executive team that achieved a business turnaround and led the business through to public flotation. Amanda has always had a passion for talent and excellence winning several HR industry awards during her tenure. More recently Amanda has become self-employed and is involved in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures. Amanda is board member of Coast to Capital local Enterprise partnership and sits on the Greater Brighton and Hove Economic Board.
